Clear rules for personal pages
These terms explain what you can publish, who controls your content, and what happens when a page expires or is deleted.
Love Letter receives only the permission needed to store and deliver your page.
A private format must not be used to harass, pressure, expose, or impersonate someone.
Deleting a page makes its link unavailable and removes its uploaded content.
By creating, publishing, or opening a page, you agree to these terms and the privacy notice. You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You can begin anonymously. The private draft token stored by your browser can edit that draft, so you are responsible for keeping access to your device and account secure. Email sign-in links are one-time credentials. Do not forward them or use another person's email address.
You keep ownership of the text, photos, recordings, and other material you add. You give Love Letter a limited permission to store, process, resize, transcode, and deliver that material only as needed to operate your draft and published page. You confirm that you have the rights and permission needed to upload and share it.
Do not use Love Letter for harassment, threats, impersonation, non-consensual intimate material, sexual content involving minors, malware, fraud, illegal activity, or material that violates another person's privacy, copyright, or other rights. Do not attempt to bypass page passwords, access another creator's draft, overload the service, or probe it for vulnerabilities.
Free pages remain published for 72 hours. Permanent pages have no scheduled expiry but may be removed by their creator, for a terms violation, or when continued operation is no longer reasonably possible. Internet services can have interruptions; keep copies of irreplaceable photos and recordings.
The permanent-page price is shown before checkout and is charged once per page. Payment processing is provided by Lemon Squeezy under its own terms. Taxes may depend on your location. Any mandatory refund rights under applicable law still apply; additional refund details shown at checkout form part of these terms.
Creators can delete pages from their dashboard. Deletion makes the public link unavailable and removes the page's stored content, media, access records, and recipient responses. We may suspend access or remove content when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect a person, comply with law, or secure the service.
Love Letter is provided as available without a promise that every browser, third-party player, or network will work without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, Love Letter is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. We may update these terms when the product or law changes; the date on this page identifies the current version.
Use material you have the right to share, respect the recipient, keep edit access private, and retain your own copies of irreplaceable media.
